How Your Customers Can Get Started
1. Customers download the softphone application. Once the software is downloaded the customer double clicks on the downloaded file to install the program.

2. Customers then register for an account via your website. Once registration is complete the customer receives an email confirming their username and password.

3. Once the account is funded the Customer opens the softphone program. Customer then enters their account settings when the startup window appears. This information will only need to be entered once as the program will save it for future sessions.

The softphone interface will then appear. The customer dials the number they want to call. When finished, the customer selects the disconnect button to terminate the call.
