How Your Customers Can Get Started

1. Customers dial a toll free number. We provide you with the toll free numbers to give to your customers.
2. Customer waits for a dial tone, while our switch validates their calling number (ANI) if customer is an ANI based customer otherwise customer should enter a PIN number that we provide you to give to your customers.
3. When customer receives a dial tone, then Customer can dial their destination phone number followed by #.
   
   • For calls within Canada and US, dial 1 + area code + number;
   • For international calls dial country code + number;

In addition customers can register their home, office or cellular numbers for this service.
