VSKY Hosted Calling Calling Card Services
This product is for service providers and resellers internationally, who may not want to invest in purchasing a Radius AAA billing platform, but have gateways. These resellers and services providers also have access to local numbers for their customers to dial in a calling card style. With calling card applications becoming a product of choice to many customers VSKY International Calling Card service enables full prepaid/post paid service to your customers. Once your media gateways are connected customers can make international calls.

Service Provider Requirements

VoIP media gateway (Cisco, Quintum, Vocaltech, etc.)
Internet connection with 32Kbps per port (Line).
Public (Static) IP address per media gateway (optional)
Access Number to the media gateway.
Interconnectivity between your media (VoIP) gateway(s) and our switch.

How Your Customers Can Get Started
1. Customers should acquire a calling card or their PIN number that we provide you. The calling card will provide the pin number, the access number and the dial pattern.

2. Customer can call using any phone to the access number of the gateway.

3. Customer logs into their account and purchases calling time by adding funds to their account by preferred method(s) of your choice e.g. online payment, TT, Paypal, etc.

4. Once the account is funded the Customer can make international calls. Disposable accounts are also available.

In all call back methods mentioned above, Upon receiving the call back, the customer can then proceed to make a call as follows:

• For calls outside North America and the Caribbean, the customer dials
Country Code + City Code + Number.

• For calls to North America and the Caribbean, customers must dial
1 + Area Code + Number.

How it Works
1. Using any phone to call to your gateway(s) access number.

2. Customer will hear your local IVR asking them to enter the PIN number that we provide to you and you provide to customers.

3. When customer enters his/her PIN number our switch will validate the PIN number and enable the customer from calling worldwide, using the following dial pattern:

• For calls outside North America and the Caribbean, the customer dials
Country Code + City Code + Number.

• For calls to North America and the Caribbean, customers must dial
1 + Area Code + Number
